Download Engagement Survey Results (CSV Exports)

After your engagement survey ends, admins and leaders with results access can download up to ten CSV reports directly from 15Five. A CSV file downloads to your local machine confirming each export has triggered successfully.

Note: Access to each report and the data within it reflects your results access level. Leaders with limited access see only the groups they have permission to view.

Before You Begin

Download reports from the Engagement tab

Engagement Trend Report

  1. Go to your engagement campaign results and click the Engagement tab.
  2. Locate the Engagement Trend section.
  3. Click the download icon in the Engagement Trend section.

The CSV includes: engagement score and total responses from your last four surveys, and any filters applied at download time.

Engagement Breakdown Report

  1. Go to your engagement campaign results and click the Engagement tab.
  2. Locate the Engagement Breakdown section.
  3. Click the download icon in the Engagement Breakdown section.
  4. Select Engagement Breakdown Report.

The CSV includes: group names, engagement scores, change from the previous survey, total responses, response rate, and distribution across engagement levels.

Engagement Statements Report

  1. Go to your engagement campaign results and click the Engagement tab.
  2. Locate the Engagement Breakdown section.
  3. Click the download icon in the Engagement Breakdown section.
  4. Select Engagement Statements Report.

The CSV includes: the seven engagement statements, group names, percentile rankings, average response, favorability distribution, total responses, and response rate.

Predictive Impact Model Report — Table View

  1. Go to your engagement campaign results and click the Statements tab.
  2. Select Table view.
  3. Click the download icon.

The CSV includes: statement, driver, predictive impact score, percentile ranking, average response, favorability distribution, total responses, and response rate.

Note: If Show full answer distribution is turned on, responses display from Strongly disagree → Strongly agree. If it is turned off, responses display by favorability (unfavorable → favorable).

Predictive Impact Model Report — Heatmap View

  1. Go to your engagement campaign results and click the Statements tab.
  2. Select Heatmap view.
  3. Click the download icon.

The CSV includes: engagement and predictive impact scores for all survey statements, filtered to your current selections.

Other Statements Report

This download is available only if your campaign included a Manager Effectiveness, pre-built 15Five, or custom survey.

  1. Go to your engagement campaign results and click the Statements tab.
  2. Locate the Other Statements section.
  3. Click the download icon.

The CSV includes: statement text, average response, percentile, favorability, total responses, and response rate.

Note: Percentile data is not available for custom surveys.

Download reports from the eNPS tab

eNPS Trend Report

  1. Go to your engagement campaign results and click the eNPS tab.
  2. Locate the eNPS Trend section.
  3. Click the download icon in the eNPS Trend section.

The CSV includes: eNPS score for up to four recent surveys, number of detractors, passives, and promoters, and total responses.

eNPS Breakdown Report

  1. Go to your engagement campaign results and click the eNPS tab.
  2. Locate the eNPS Breakdown section.
  3. Click the download icon in the eNPS Breakdown section.

The CSV includes: comparison group, eNPS score, change since the prior survey, detractors, passives, promoters, total responses, and response rate.

Note: Each report reflects the filters you had applied when you clicked the download icon.

Download reports from the Feedback tab

Feedback Report

  1. Go to your engagement campaign results and click the Feedback tab.
  2. Locate the Feedback section.
  3. Click the download icon in the Feedback section.

The CSV includes: feedback text, related statement and driver, sentiment (positive, neutral, or negative), total responses, response rate, and applied filters.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Download icon is greyed out Results may still be processing after campaign close Wait until processing completes, then refresh the page and retry
Download icon is not visible on a tab Your results access level does not include that data Contact your account admin to confirm your results access permissions
CSV downloads but contains no rows The active filters exclude all respondents Clear all filters, then re-download
Other Statements Report is not available The campaign did not include a Manager Effectiveness, pre-built 15Five, or custom survey No action — this report only generates when those question types are present
Percentile column is blank in Other Statements Report The campaign used a custom survey Expected behavior — percentiles are not calculated for custom surveys
