Admins can exclude individual recipients from upcoming scheduled Lifecycle Surveys before they are sent, and re-include them if needed. When an exclusion is saved, the excluded participant's row shows a visual indicator in the participant list confirming the survey will not be delivered to them.
Before You Begin
- You must have Account Admin access to the Lifecycle Surveys Dashboard.
- This feature is available on the Total Platform, Legacy Perform, and Engage pricing packages.
Exclude a Scheduled Lifecycle Survey
- Go to the Lifecycle Overview dashboard.
- Locate the upcoming scheduled survey in the list.
- Click the three dots icon next to the survey.
- Click View details.
- Click Exclude next to the name of the participant you want to exclude.
The participant's row updates to show an excluded status indicator, confirming the survey will not be sent to them.
Re-include a Scheduled Lifecycle Survey
- Go to the Lifecycle Overview dashboard.
- Locate the excluded survey in the list.
- Click the three dots icon next to the survey.
- Click View details.
- Click Re-include next to the excluded participant's name.
The participant's row reverts to its standard status indicator, confirming the survey will be sent as scheduled.
If Something Goes Wrong
