The Lifecycle Surveys dashboard gives admins a single view to monitor, filter, and control all lifecycle surveys. Recent updates replaced the on/off toggle with Pause/Resume controls and added a drawer view for participant-level detail.
Feature Structure

Surveys list — Displays all lifecycle surveys. Each row shows the survey name and an ellipsis menu (•••) for actions.

- Upcoming audience
- Schedule details
- Response rate and recent responses
Participant drawer — Shows per-participant data:

- Quick actions: Re-open, Nudge, View results
Pause/Resume control — Replaces the previous on/off toggle. Available from the ellipsis menu next to each survey.
What You Can Do
Manage

Key Rules
- The View Details drawer and Pause/Resume control are available to Account admins only.
- Pausing a Lifecycle Survey temporarily stops surveys from being sent, but it doesn't change employees' lifecycle timelines. If an employee reaches a milestone while the survey is paused, their survey is held and will be sent shortly after the survey is resumed. Their original hire date remains the anchor for future lifecycle surveys.
- The Lifecycle Survey workflow needs to have successfully run at least once before it was paused. If it has, the "catch-up" behavior is what is expected.
- The old on/off toggle no longer exists. Workflows that relied on toggling a survey off must use Pause instead.
