Account admins can update workflow details and trigger configurations for an existing Lifecycle Survey at any time. Changes take effect for future survey triggers only — already-triggered surveys are unaffected.
Before You Begin
You must have account admin access to the Lifecycle Surveys Dashboard.

Steps
- Click Surveys in the left-hand navigation, then select Lifecycle.
- Locate the survey you want to update in your active Lifecycle surveys list.
- Click the ellipsis (•••) menu to the right of the survey name.
- Select Edit from the dropdown menu.
- Make your changes to workflow details or trigger configurations.
- Click Save to apply the updates.
If Something Goes Wrong
