Edit a Lifecycle Survey

Account admins can update workflow details and trigger configurations for an existing Lifecycle Survey at any time. Changes take effect for future survey triggers only — already-triggered surveys are unaffected.

Before You Begin

You must have account admin access to the Lifecycle Surveys Dashboard.

Steps

  1. Click Surveys in the left-hand navigation, then select Lifecycle.
  2. Locate the survey you want to update in your active Lifecycle surveys list.
  3. Click the ellipsis (•••) menu to the right of the survey name.
  4. Select Edit from the dropdown menu.
  5. Make your changes to workflow details or trigger configurations.
  6. Click Save to apply the updates.

If Something Goes Wrong
