Use the Actions menu in the Calibration Table to flag participants for group discussion or remove them from the session entirely. Both actions apply to one or more participants at a time.
Before You Begin
- You must be inside an open calibration session.
- The calibration session must not be locked.
Flag participants for discussion
- Navigate to the Calibration Table within the open calibration session.
- Check the box to the left of each participant you want to flag.
- Click the Actions button at the top of the Calibration Table.
- Select Flag from the dropdown menu.
To remove an existing flag, repeat steps 2–3 and select Remove Flag.
> Note: Flags have no fixed meaning in 15Five. Define what flags indicate for your team before the session begins — for example, "discussed and finalized," "not yet reviewed," or "needs further discussion."
Remove participants from the session
- Navigate to the Calibration Table within the open calibration session.
- Check the box to the left of each participant you want to remove.
- Click the Actions button at the top of the Calibration Table.
- Select Remove from session from the dropdown menu.
