When your organization uses the HRIS Connector, you can sync termination reasons and termination types (voluntary or involuntary) from your HRIS into 15Five. 15Five uses AI to infer regret status (regrettable or non-regrettable) from the reason. After you turn on this setting, termination data added in your HRIS syncs to 15Five automatically.
Supported HRIS
- UKG Pro, ADP Workforce Now, HiBob: reason and type sync from your HRIS. HiBob sends the type only when admins fill in that field.
- TriNet, Paycor, Namely, Personio: the reason syncs. 15Five uses AI to infer the type from the reason.
- Every supported HRIS: regret status is always inferred by AI, because no HRIS sends it.
- Other HRIS: termination data doesn't sync yet. If you track termination reasons in your HRIS, ask 15Five Support whether a custom field mapping can bring them in.
Data syncs only when your team records the reason and type in your HRIS. AI-inferred values are a best guess. You can review and change them in 15Five.
Before You Begin
- This setting is on by default for HRIS connections made after July 2024. Complete these steps only if your HRIS was connected before that date.
- You must have admin access to both 15Five account settings and your HRIS integration.
Steps
- Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
- Select HRIS Connector from the dropdown menu.
- Click Manage your HRIS Integration at the top of the page.
- Open the Configuration tab.
- Under Employee fields, check the box next to Additional Termination Data.
Termination data added in your HRIS now syncs to 15Five automatically.
