HR Admins can monitor overall and group-level response rates for an active engagement campaign from the Campaign Details page.
Required role: HR Admin with access to the Campaigns Dashboard. Available on: Engage, Legacy Perform, and Total Platform packages.
Before You Begin
- The campaign must be active. Response rate data is not available for draft or ended campaigns.
Steps
- Go to Surveys > Engagement in the main navigation.
- Locate the campaign under Active campaigns.
- Click the three-dot menu next to the campaign name and select Track progress.
- Review the overall response rate displayed at the top of the Campaign Details page.
- Scroll to the Campaign Progress section.
- Use the View by filter to segment results by group type (department, manager, location, or other group types).
What You Should See
The Campaign Progress table displays a response rate percentage for each group in the selected segment. The overall response rate at the top of the page reflects organization-wide participation as of the last data refresh.
If Something Goes Wrong
