Admins can manually send a Lifecycle Survey to one or more employees at any time, independent of an automated trigger. When complete, the selected participants receive a survey notification by email.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to the Lifecycle Surveys Dashboard. Contact your account owner if this is not visible in your navigation.
Steps
- Go to Surveys > Lifecycle in the left-hand navigation.
- Scroll to the Surveys section.
- Locate the survey you want to send.
- Click the ellipsis (•••) next to the survey name.
- Select Send manually.
- Select the employee(s) to include in the survey.
- Click Send.
The survey moves to an active state and participants receive an email notification. The survey appears in the participant list with a Sent status.
Note: Participants have 14 days to complete the survey before it expires. An automatic reminder is sent after 7 days if the survey is not completed. See for full rules.
If Something Goes Wrong
