View and manage your Actions list

Your Actions list consolidates every task assigned to you across 15Five into one view. When you work through this list, you and your manager stay aligned on next steps.

Before You Begin

You need an active 15Five account with at least one action item assigned to you. Actions appear after you submit Check-ins, complete 1-on-1s, receive bulk-assigned tasks from leadership, or enter an active review cycle.

Steps

  1. Log in to your 15Five account.
  2. Click Actions in the left navigation menu.
  3. Review the full list of action items on the Actions page.
  4. Locate an action item you want to act on.
  5. Click the action item to open its details.
  6. Update the status, add a comment, or mark the item complete.
  7. Click Save to record your changes.
  8. Repeat steps 4–7 for each remaining action item.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Actions list appears empty Confirm at least one Check-in, 1-on-1, or review cycle is active Complete or participate in one of those features; actions populate automatically
An expected action item is missing Check whether it was assigned via bulk action or Action Plan Ask your manager or HR admin to confirm the assignment was sent to your account
Marking an item complete has no effect Check your browser for JavaScript errors or try a different browser Clear cache and reload; if the problem persists, contact your company's 15Five admin
Action item details won't open Confirm the item has not already been archived or resolved by an admin Contact your 15Five admin to restore or reassign the item
