Goals in 15Five live in two places depending on the type. This article explains where to find each kind and how to manage them.
Objectives (OKRs)
Objectives are measurable goals that align your work with team and company priorities. They can include key results — specific metrics that track progress toward the objective.
Where to find them
Click Objectives in the left-hand navigation. The All Objectives page shows your personal objectives, your team's objectives, and company-wide objectives depending on your visibility settings.
What you can do
- Create an objective — set a company, group, or individual objective with optional key results
- Create a self-development objective — set a personal growth objective visible only to you and your manager
- Update the status of an objective — mark progress as on track, behind, or at risk
- Track objective progress in a Check-in — update objective status directly from your weekly Check-in
Career Goals (Career Hub)
Career goals are longer-term development goals focused on your professional growth — skills to build, roles to pursue, or competencies to develop.
Where to find them
Click Career Hub in the left-hand navigation. Your career goals appear on the main Career Hub page alongside your job responsibilities and competencies.
What you can do
- Create a career goal in Career Hub — define a development goal with milestones and a target date
- Career Hub for employees — Feature Overview — learn about all Career Hub features including competencies and career paths
