View and manage your goals in 15Five

Goals in 15Five live in two places depending on the type. This article explains where to find each kind and how to manage them.

Objectives (OKRs)

Objectives are measurable goals that align your work with team and company priorities. They can include key results — specific metrics that track progress toward the objective.

Where to find them

Click Objectives in the left-hand navigation. The All Objectives page shows your personal objectives, your team's objectives, and company-wide objectives depending on your visibility settings.

What you can do

Career Goals (Career Hub)

Career goals are longer-term development goals focused on your professional growth — skills to build, roles to pursue, or competencies to develop.

Where to find them

Click Career Hub in the left-hand navigation. Your career goals appear on the main Career Hub page alongside your job responsibilities and competencies.

Use this When Example
Objectives You're tracking a measurable business goal with a defined time period Increase NPS score from 40 to 55 by end of Q2
Career Goals You're working on professional development or skill-building over time Complete project management certification by December
Note: You can also reference objectives in your weekly Check-in. When your Check-in schedule includes the objectives section, you can update status and add comments without leaving the Check-in form.
