The 15Five AI Claude integration connects your Claude organization to 15Five AI, providing visibility into Claude adoption and usage across your organization. Using an Admin API key and an Analytics API key provisioned in Claude, the integration securely syncs usage and engagement data to help organizations better understand how AI is being used across teams.

How the Integration Works
The integration is configured from Agents Hub > Integrations > Claude.
How Access Works
15Five AI connects through two API keys rather than per-employee OAuth. Each key's privileges in Claude set the boundary of what 15Five AI can access. Keys can be revoked from Claude at any time.

Note: 15Five does not access conversation content, prompts, responses, source code, or other customer content. A Claude Enterprise plan is required to use this integration. Data syncing is available today, with Claude-powered insights and additional AI features planned for a future release.
Data Synced
Roster (per Claude user):
- Name, email, role, account status, and join date
Engagement depth (per user, per day, per surface):
- Conversations, messages, and extended-thinking messages
- Sessions, projects used and created, and artifacts created
- Files uploaded, skills used, MCP connectors used, web searches
Claude Code activity (per user, per day):
- Lines of code added and removed, commits, and pull requests
- Code-suggestion accept vs. reject rates across edit, multi-edit, write, and notebook tools
Surfaces tracked: claude.ai (chat), Claude Code, Cowork, Office, Design, Web search
Never synced:
- Conversation content — prompts, responses, system instructions, session content
- Source code, diffs, or file contents from Claude Code — only aggregate counts are read

Key Rules
- A Claude Enterprise plan is required — the Analytics API is not available on other plans.
- The Admin API key and Analytics API key are each displayed only once when provisioned; store them securely.
- Conversation content, prompts, responses, and source code are never read — usage metadata only.
- Each key's privileges in Claude are the sole control point for what 15Five AI can access. Revoking a key immediately stops that data from syncing.
- Syncing is available now; AI insights powered by Claude data are not yet live.
- Data visible in 15Five AI lags real-time Claude usage by approximately 3–4 days due to Anthropic's aggregation window.
- No Analytics API data is available before January 1, 2026, regardless of when the Enterprise plan started.
- The integration can be disconnected from Agents Hub > Integrations, or by revoking either API key directly in Claude.
