Use these steps to connect your Linear workspace to 15Five AI. Once connected, 15Five AI syncs issues, comments, projects, cycles, initiatives, documents, and user references from your Linear workspace.

Who can do this: A 15Five Company Admin or IT Admin initiates the connection. A Linear workspace admin authorizes it.
Before You Begin
- You need Company Admin or IT Admin access in 15Five.
- You need workspace admin access in Linear (or coordinate with someone who does).
- The connection installs as a Linear workspace app, not tied to any individual employee's account. It keeps working when people change roles or leave.
Steps
- In 15Five, go to Agents Hub, click the Integrations tab, locate Linear, and click Connect.
- Sign in to Linear as a workspace admin and authorize the connection.
- You will return to 15Five. 15Five confirms the integration is live.
Confirmed: The Linear integration shows as connected in Agents Hub. 15Five AI begins syncing in the background, which typically completes within 24 hours.
Add a private team (optional)
Public teams sync automatically once connected. To include a private team:
- In Linear, open the private team and add the 15Five AI workspace app user as a member.
- On the next sync cycle, that team's issues and related data become available to 15Five AI.
To stop syncing a private team, remove the app user from that team in Linear.
Disconnect the integration
To disconnect, go to Agents Hub > Integrations and disconnect Linear. You can also revoke the workspace app from Linear under workspace settings for installed applications.
If Something Goes Wrong

| Private team data not appearing after adding the app user | Confirm the app user was added to the team in Linear, not just invited | Wait for the next sync cycle (syncs run multiple times per day). No reconfiguration in 15Five is needed. |
| Authorization fails during setup | Confirm you are signed in to Linear as a workspace admin | Sign out of Linear, sign back in as a workspace admin, and retry the connection from Agents Hub. |
