Add your company logo to 15Five

Account Admins can upload a custom logo to replace the default 15Five logo. When complete, the custom logo appears in the top-left corner of every team member's 15Five account.

Before You Begin

  • You must have Account Admin access to Company Settings.
  • Prepare a square image file in .jpg, .jpeg, .png, or .gif format. Non-square images are scaled to 40×40px — cropping or distortion may occur.

Steps

  1. Click Settings in the bottom-left corner of 15Five.
  2. Select Company settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Company customization section.
  4. Click to expand the logo settings.
  5. Drag and drop your image file into the upload box, or click Or upload here.

After uploading, the logo appears immediately in the top-left corner of your 15Five account. Verify the change is visible before navigating away.

Remove a Custom Logo

  1. Go to Settings > Company settings.
  2. Scroll to the Company customization section and expand the logo settings.
  3. Click the × icon in the top-right corner of the custom logo thumbnail.

The 15Five default logo reappears immediately after removal.
