Adjust Check-in section frequency (company-wide and by group)

Account admins can control how often the Pulse, Objective updates, and Priorities sections appear in Check-ins — either company-wide or for specific groups. When complete, the new frequency applies to the next generated Check-in.

Before You Begin

  • You must have Account admin access to Check-in feature settings.
  • This feature is available on the Perform, Legacy Focus, and Total Platform pricing packages.

Check-in sections affected by frequency settings

Section What it contains
Pulse Prompts employees to answer "How did you feel at work since your last Check-in?" on a 1–5 scale.
Objective updates Where employees update objectives and key results they own. Does not appear if the employee owns no objectives or key results.
Priorities Where employees create and track the progress of short-term goals.

Adjust company-wide section frequency

  1. Go to Settings > Features.
  2. Click Check-ins.
  3. Click the arrow next to Customize frequency to expand options.
  4. Locate the Company-wide Check-in frequency section.
  5. Click Advanced settings to expand it.
  6. Set the desired frequency for each section: Pulse, Objective updates, and Priorities.
  7. Click Save.

Adjust group section frequency

  1. Go to Settings > Features.
  2. Click Check-ins.
  3. Click the arrow next to Customize frequency to expand options.
  4. Locate the Group Check-in frequency section.
  5. Click Advanced settings to expand it.
  6. Set the desired frequency for each section for the target group.
  7. Click Save.
Note: Frequency changes apply to the next generated Check-in. Changes do not affect Check-ins that have already been generated. When set to monthly, sections appear on the first Check-in of the month. When set to bi-weekly, sections appear on the first and third week of each month.

If Something Goes Wrong
