Admins can bulk close or bulk archive all past-due objectives in one action from the All Objectives page. This removes past-due clutter from active views without editing each objective individually.
Before You Begin
- You must have Admin access to 15Five.
- Objectives must be available in your pricing package (Perform, Legacy Focus, or Total Platform).
- Navigate to Objectives from the left navigation to reach the All Objectives page.
Steps
Bulk close all past-due objectives
- On the All Objectives page, locate the ... (three-dot) menu next to Create a new objective.
- Click the ... menu to open the actions list.
- Select Bulk close all past-due objectives.
- Confirm the action in the confirmation dialog if prompted.
Bulk archive all past-due objectives
- On the All Objectives page, locate the ... (three-dot) menu next to Create a new objective.
- Click the ... menu to open the actions list.
- Select Bulk archive all past-due objectives.
- Confirm the action in the confirmation dialog if prompted.
If Something Goes Wrong
