Admins can grant individual managers access to Content, 15Five's on-demand manager training course library. When access is granted, the manager's available seat is allocated and they can immediately begin assigned courses.
Note: Content requires an add-on to any 15Five pricing package. Only Account Admins and HR Admins can grant access.
Before You Begin
- Your organization must have an active Content subscription with available seats. Confirm seat availability with your 15Five account representative before proceeding.
Steps
- Go to People in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the name of the manager you want to grant access to.
- Scroll down to the Transform Access section of their settings page.
- Check the box next to Transform.
- Click Save.
What Success Looks Like
After saving, your organization's available seat count decreases by one. The manager can now access on-demand Content courses from their account.
If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Transform Access section does not appear on the user's settings page | Confirm your organization has an active Content subscription | Contact your 15Five account representative to verify subscription status |
| Save button does not respond after checking the Transform box | Check whether all available seats are already allocated | Remove access from an inactive manager before granting access to a new one — see |
| Warning appears on the manager's Action Plan after access is granted or removed | The manager was assigned an Action Plan while access was inactive | See |
