Grant a Manager Access to Content

Admins can grant individual managers access to Content, 15Five's on-demand manager training course library. When access is granted, the manager's available seat is allocated and they can immediately begin assigned courses.

Note: Content requires an add-on to any 15Five pricing package. Only Account Admins and HR Admins can grant access.

Before You Begin

  • Your organization must have an active Content subscription with available seats. Confirm seat availability with your 15Five account representative before proceeding.

Steps

  1. Go to People in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click the name of the manager you want to grant access to.
  3. Scroll down to the Transform Access section of their settings page.
  4. Check the box next to Transform.
  5. Click Save.

What Success Looks Like

After saving, your organization's available seat count decreases by one. The manager can now access on-demand Content courses from their account.
