Bulk close or archive all past-due objectives

Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see Objectives in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.

Admins can close or archive all past-due objectives in a single bulk action. When complete, all past-due objectives visible to the admin are updated to Closed or Archived status.

Before You Begin

  • You must have an Account Admin role. This action is not available to managers or employees.
  • This action applies to all past-due objectives visible to your admin account. You cannot select individual objectives to include or exclude.

Steps

  1. Go to Objectives in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click the ... icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. Select Close all past due objectives or Archive all past due objectives from the dropdown.
  4. Review the confirmation window.
  5. Click the Close # objective(s) button to confirm.

> Warning: This action cannot be undone. The number in the button reflects the count of past-due objectives detected.

If Something Goes Wrong
