Configure these settings before building your engagement campaign. The choices you make here control confidentiality, visibility, benchmarking, delivery, and email deliverability across all campaigns.
Before You Begin
- You must have an Account Admin or HR Admin role.
- Complete this step before creating your first engagement campaign.
Steps
Feature Settings
- Navigate to Settings and select Engagement.
- Set the Confidentiality Threshold — the minimum number of responses required before results display.
- Customize Survey Terminology to match your organization's language.
- Set visibility for open-ended feedback — choose who can read individual text responses.
- Configure group filtering to control how results can be filtered by respondents and viewers.
Company Settings for Engagement
- Confirm your organization's Display Name as it will appear to survey recipients.
- Select your Industry to enable benchmarking against external comparison data.
- Choose your survey delivery method — email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
- Toggle manager notifications on or off to control alerts when results are ready.
Other Settings
- Open the Reporting Exclusions or Allowlist section within Engagement settings.
- Exclude any groups that appear in your org but are irrelevant to survey reporting.
- Enable Spanish-language surveys if your workforce requires it.
- Enable Kiosk mode if employees share devices without individual logins.
- Add approved email domains to the allowlist to improve survey email deliverability.
Results Access
- Go to Manage People or the Engagement Results Access section in settings.
- Assign Full, Limited, or Limited + Groups access to each relevant user.
If Something Goes Wrong
