Use this article to review and confirm an engagement campaign's participants, surveys, settings, and launch date before the campaign sends to employees. The campaign is confirmed when a Confirmed status appears on the Campaign Details page.
Before You Begin
- You must have Engagement Admin access to view and confirm campaign details.
- The campaign must be in an upcoming (not yet launched) state.
Steps
- Go to Surveys > Engagement in the left-hand navigation.
- Scroll to the Upcoming campaigns section.
- Click the name of the campaign you want to review.
- Review the survey or surveys listed under the Surveys section.
- To preview a survey, click the preview option next to the survey name.
- Review the employees listed under the Participants section.
- Review the Feedback filter group type selected for the campaign.
- Review the campaign name in the Campaign name field.
- Review the date and time in the Start date & time field.
- The system sends surveys to participants at exactly this date and time.
- To edit any setting, click Unconfirm and edit at the top of the page.
- After all settings are correct, click Confirm.
What Confirmed Looks Like
After clicking Confirm, the Campaign Details page displays a Confirmed status badge at the top of the page. No further action is required. The system automatically sends surveys to participants at the scheduled start date and time.
If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Unconfirm and edit button is not visible | Verify the campaign has not already launched — launched campaigns cannot be unconfirmed | See Extend an engagement campaign for options on active campaigns |
| Confirm button is not clickable | Check whether required fields (campaign name, start date/time, participants) are empty | Complete all required fields, then click Confirm |
| Campaign does not appear in Upcoming campaigns | Verify the campaign start date is in the future | If the start date has passed, the campaign moves to a different section — contact 15Five Support |
