You can edit a submitted upward review to change or add feedback. The review becomes temporarily invisible to all other viewers until you resubmit it.
Before You Begin

- The review cycle must not be locked.
- Results must not have already been shared with the participant.
Steps
- Click Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the name of the review cycle containing your submitted review.
- Open the Write reviews tab.
- Click the name of the manager whose review you submitted.
- Click Edit review in the top right corner of the page.
- If the participant's manager has already viewed your review, click Request to edit review instead.
- Wait for an in-app notification confirming your edit request was approved.
- Make your changes in the review form.
- Click Resubmit at the bottom of the page.
If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Edit review button is not visible | Check whether the participant's manager has already viewed the review | Click Request to edit review and wait for approval notification |
| Neither Edit review nor Request to edit review appears | Check whether results have already been shared with the participant | Ask the participant's manager to unshare results, then edit and resubmit; have the manager re-share results afterward |
| No edit option appears and the cycle is locked | Ask a review admin whether the cycle has been locked | Ask a review admin or cycle collaborator to unlock the cycle, then return to edit your review |
