View employee acknowledgment status in a review cycle (Admin / Manager)

Admins, cycle collaborators, and managers can track acknowledgment status directly in the cycle interface or via a report export. Both methods surface who has and has not acknowledged their review results.

Before You Begin

  • The Acknowledge Reviews setting must be enabled in Best-Self Review® feature settings. If it is not enabled, the acknowledgment column will not appear.
  • Only review admins and cycle collaborators can export the Full progress report. Managers can use the Participants List only.

Method 1: Check the Participants List

  1. Click Reviews in the left-hand navigation and select Best-Self Review®.
  2. Open the relevant review cycle.
  3. Select the Cycle Overview tab.
  4. Locate the Acknowledgment column in the Participants List.
  5. Review each participant's status in that column.

Method 2: Export the Full Progress Report (Admins and Cycle Collaborators Only)

  1. Click Reviews in the left-hand navigation and select Best-Self Review®.
  2. Open the relevant review cycle.
  3. Export the Full progress report.
  4. Open the export and locate the Acknowledgment column and the Acknowledgment feedback column.
  5. Check the timestamp in the Acknowledgment column — a timestamp confirms the employee submitted acknowledgment and shows when they did so.

If Something Goes Wrong
