You received a peer review invitation even though you are not enrolled in the review cycle. This article shows you how to access and submit that peer review from your 15Five homepage.
Before You Begin
You must have a To-do alert for a peer review visible on your 15Five homepage. If no alert appears, contact your HR administrator to confirm you were invited.
Steps
- Go to your 15Five homepage.
- Locate the peer review alert in your To-dos section.
- Click Go to cycle.
- Select the participant(s) you want to write a peer review of.
- Click Select peers to confirm your selections.
- To remove someone, click ... to the right of their name.
- Select Remove from the dropdown menu.
- To open a peer review, click ... to the right of the peer's name.
- Select View from the dropdown menu.
- Click the person's name from the list to open their review.
- Write your peer review responses.
- Click Submit when complete.
> To check the due date or visibility settings, see the Review details section on the left side of the review page.
If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| No To-do alert appears on homepage | Confirm you were invited by the review cycle administrator | Contact your HR administrator to request an invitation |
| Your manager or direct report does not appear in the peer selection list | Review cycle includes upward or manager reviews, which exclude those relationships from peer selection | This is expected behavior — select a different participant |
| Submit button is unavailable | Check that all required questions have a response | Complete all unanswered required questions, then click Submit |
| "Go to cycle" link is missing from the To-do | The invitation may have been retracted or the cycle may have closed | Contact your HR administrator to confirm cycle status |
Not Covered Here
This article covers only the non-participant entry point; for the participant workflow using the Reviews tab, see the sibling article on writing a peer review as a review cycle participant.
