Use these steps to write and submit a manager or additional-manager review in a manual review cycle using the new review experience without AI. When you are finished, your review is submitted and available to review admins and cycle collaborators.
Access and Availability
- Applies to managers and additional managers assigned to write a manager or additional-manager review.
- Applies to manual review cycles using Disable 15Five AI.
- Review access and permissions are set by your review admin.
Before You Begin
- You must be assigned as the manager or additional manager for the participant in this review cycle.
- This is the new review experience without AI-Assisted Reviews functionality. There are no AI drafts, Moments, Context library, review assistant, or conversation guides in this cycle.
- This is not the legacy review experience. If your cycle uses the legacy experience, see Complete a manager review in the legacy review experience.
Steps
- Open Reviews from the left-hand navigation.
- Open the review cycle that includes the participant.
- Open the participant's manager review.
- Write your responses to each required question.
- Select every required rating yourself, if the review includes rating questions.
- Review your answers and ratings for completeness.
- Select Submit.
What Completion Looks Like
Your manager or additional-manager review is submitted. Review admins and cycle collaborators can view it according to the cycle's existing visibility settings.
