This article explains how to complete an upward review of your manager in a performance review cycle. When complete, your review will show a confirmation state at the bottom of the page and your answers will be saved.
> Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see Reviews in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.
Before You Begin
- Your manager must be a participant in an active review cycle that includes upward reviews. If you do not see the option to write an upward review, see .
- This feature is available on the Perform and Total Platform pricing packages.
Steps
- Go to Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the name of the review cycle you want to write a review in.
- Click the Write reviews tab at the top of the page.
- Click your manager's name in the Reviews panel on the left side of the screen.
- Fill in each field with your feedback.
- Click View resources in the top-right corner of a question section to see supporting 15Five data for your manager (High Fives, Objectives, Past Check-ins, Feedback, and Career path).
- Review the Review details box on the left side of the screen to confirm transparency settings.
- Click Submit at the bottom of the review.
Your review is saved automatically as you write. You can leave and return at any point before submitting — no answers will be lost.
If Something Goes Wrong
