If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Expected objectives are missing from results Verify you have view permission for those objectives Ask the objective owner or an admin to confirm visibility settings
A filter option (e.g., direct reports) does not appear Check whether your account has direct reports configured The option only appears if you have direct reports in the system
No results appear after filtering Check whether filters are too restrictive in combination Remove one filter at a time to identify which filter excludes the results
Tags do not appear in the Tags filter Confirm tags have been applied to at least one objective Tags only appear in the filter if they are in active use
