Admins and cycle collaborators can extend the end date of an active review cycle. The updated date appears in the review cycle list immediately after saving.
Before You Begin
- You must have Review Admin or Cycle Collaborator access to edit cycle settings.
- The review cycle must be unlocked. See Unlock a review cycle before proceeding.
- This feature is available on the Perform and Total Platform pricing packages.
Steps
- Go to Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
- Click ... to the right of the review cycle you want to extend.
- Select Edit review cycle from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll to the Timeline section and click Edit.
- Select the new end date.
- Click Save.
The updated end date appears in the review cycle list confirming the change was saved.
Note: When you extend the end date, all other review admins and cycle collaborators receive a notification email. The person who made the change and review cycle participants do not receive a notification.
If Something Goes Wrong
