This article explains how to edit a self review you have already submitted in a performance review cycle. When complete, your updated review will be resubmitted and visible to others.
> Important: When a review is reopened for editing, it becomes temporarily unavailable to everyone except you. Once you resubmit, the review becomes visible again.
Before You Begin
- Your review cycle must be active and unlocked.
- Available on the Perform and Total Platform pricing packages only.
Steps
- Go to your active performance review cycle and open your self review.
- Click Edit review in the top-right corner of the page.
> Note: If your manager has already viewed your self review, you will see Request to edit review instead. Your manager must approve the request before you can proceed. You will receive an in-app notification when approved. If you do not see either option, see Why can't I edit my submitted self review?.
- Make your changes.
- Click Resubmit at the bottom of the page.
What Success Looks Like
After clicking Resubmit, the page returns to your review summary and no Edit review button is visible. Your review is now resubmitted and visible to others in the cycle.
If Something Goes Wrong
