Account admins can export a CSV file containing account settings data for every user in their 15Five account. When complete, a file named profiles_export.csv downloads to your browser's default download location.
Before You Begin
- You must have Account Admin access. See Account Admin capabilities in 15Five — Feature Overview for details.
Steps
- Go to People > Manage People.
- Click the Export tab in the top navigation.
- Click Download CSV at the bottom of the page.
The file downloads immediately. The CSV filename begins with profiles_export and contains one row per user.

If Something Goes Wrong
