Manage People page — Feature Overview

The Manage People page is the central hub for managing user accounts, invite settings, and termination data across your organization. Account admins can manage settings for anyone in the organization. Managers can manage settings for their direct reports and anyone below them in the reporting hierarchy.

Access: Go to People in the left-hand navigation. Available on all pricing plans.

Feature Structure

The Manage People page has four tabs: Active, Invited, Deactivated, and Terminated. Each tab surfaces a distinct user state and a specific set of actions.

Active tab

Contains all users currently active in 15Five. All users in this tab are billable. See .

What you can do:

Invited tab

Contains users who have been added to 15Five but have not yet logged in. The Invited tab has three sections:

Created people — accounts created without an invite email sent yet.

Pending invitations — users invited but not yet accepted.

Expired invitations — users whose invites expired after 30 days without acceptance.

Deactivated tab

Contains users who previously had active accounts in 15Five but have since been deactivated.

What you can do:

Terminated tab

Contains all users who have a termination date recorded in 15Five. This list powers Turnover metrics in the HR Outcomes Dashboard. Users without a termination date do not appear here.

What you can do:

  • Review all terminated users, including their termination date and termination fields.
  • Edit termination details to maintain accurate turnover data:

- Termination date — the employee's last day - Termination type — voluntary or involuntary - Termination impact — regrettable or non-regrettable

Note: Turnover metrics use termination dates only. Deactivation dates are not included in turnover calculations.

Key Rules

  • Filtering and search are available in all four tabs. Use Filter by to filter by manager, group, or role. Use the search bar to find a specific person.
  • Account admins can manage all users. Managers can manage only their direct reports and anyone below them in the reporting hierarchy.
  • All users in the Active tab count as billable seats. See .
  • Termination data must be entered manually in the Deactivated or Terminated tab unless synced via HRIS. See Connect your HRIS to 15Five.
