Admins can enable Smart Groups to automatically create and maintain manager-specific groups as direct reports change. When complete, Smart Groups appears as an active group type on the Manage groups page.
Before You Begin
- You must have account admin access to Feature settings.
- Smart Groups is available on the Perform, Focus, and Total Platform plans.
Steps
- Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of 15Five.
- Go to Features > Feature overview.
- Locate Smart Groups in the Check-ins section.
- Toggle Smart Groups on.
- Confirm the saved-changes popup appears on screen.
If Something Goes Wrong
