Admins use Profile feature settings to control which questions appear on employee About pages and whether Best-Self Kickoff is available to employees. Changes take effect immediately after saving.
> Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see "Best-Self Kickoff" in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to Feature Settings. See Account Admin capabilities in 15Five — Feature Overview for permissions details.
Steps
- Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of 15Five.
- Select Features from the dropdown menu.
- Click Profile.
- Under About page, check or uncheck the box next to each question to show or hide it on employee About pages.
- Under Best-Self Kickoff, toggle the setting on or off.
- On — the Best-Self Kickoff option appears on all employee About pages. - Off — the Best-Self Kickoff box is removed from all employee About pages.
- Click Save.
Confirmed complete: Your changes appear immediately in the Profile settings panel. Navigate to any employee's About page to verify the updated questions and Best-Self Kickoff visibility.
If Something Goes Wrong
