After your engagement campaign launches, you can track participation in real time, identify groups with low response rates, edit campaign settings while the campaign is active, and access results once the campaign closes.
Before You Begin
- You must have an Account Admin or HR Admin role.
- The campaign must already be launched. To build and launch a campaign, see Create and launch an engagement campaign.
Monitor Response Rates in Real Time
- Navigate to Engagement in the left sidebar.
- Select Campaigns.
- Click the name of your active campaign.
- Open the Response Rates tab.
- Review overall participation percentage at the top of the page.
- Scroll down to see response rates broken out by group.
- Sort or filter the group list to surface groups below your target threshold.
Edit an Active Campaign
You can change the end date, audience, or notifications while a campaign is running.
- Navigate to Engagement in the left sidebar.
- Select Campaigns.
- Click the name of the active campaign.
- Click Edit Campaign.
- Update the End Date, Audience, or Notifications fields as needed.
- Click Save.
Access Results After a Campaign Closes
Results populate automatically in the dashboard when the campaign end date passes.
- Navigate to Engagement in the left sidebar.
- Select Campaigns.
- Click the name of the closed campaign.
- Open the Results tab.
- Use the Insights and Recommendations panels to identify focus areas.
If Something Goes Wrong
