Assign a Check-in frequency to one or more groups when different teams need a cadence other than the company default. The frequency you set applies to group members who have no individual override configured.
Before You Begin
- You must have Account Admin access to Check-in feature settings.
- Change frequency only at the start of a new Check-in period. Changes made mid-period can generate duplicate or missing Check-ins.
- This feature is available on Perform, Focus, and Total Platform packages.
Steps
- Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
- Select Features from the dropdown menu.
- Click Check-ins to open Check-in feature settings.
- Click the arrow next to Customize frequency to expand the frequency options.
- Locate the Group Check-in frequency section.
- Click the group name field and select the group you want to configure.
- Select a frequency for that group: Weekly, Every other week, or Monthly.
- To configure an additional group, click + Add row and repeat steps 6–7.
- Review any warning about group members who have individual frequency overrides — those members will not be affected by this change.
- Click Continue to dismiss the warning and proceed.
- Optionally, expand Advanced settings to set how often the Pulse, Priorities, and Objective updates sections appear within Check-ins.
- Click Save.
> Note: Pulse, Priorities, and Objectives section frequencies take effect on future Check-ins only. Monthly sections appear on the first Check-in of the month. Biweekly sections appear on the first and third week of each month.
If Something Goes Wrong
