Acknowledge your performance review results

Use this article to complete the acknowledgment step after your manager shares your performance review results. When complete, the acknowledgment section displays a confirmation timestamp and your submitted signature.

> Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see "Reviews" in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.

Note: The acknowledgment option must be enabled by an Account Admin in performance review feature settings. If you do not see the option described in Step 6, see .

Before You Begin

Steps

  1. Go to Reviews > Best-Self Review®.
  2. Click the review cycle you want to acknowledge results in.
  3. Click the three-dot menu to the right of your name and select View.

> Note: If you hold a manager or admin role in this cycle, use the filter to locate your own name first.

  1. Click the Summary tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Acknowledgement section.
  3. Check the box next to the acknowledgement statement.
  4. Add an optional comment in the comment field.
  5. Enter your name in the digital signature field.
  6. Click Yes, I acknowledge.

The Acknowledgement section updates to show a confirmation with the timestamp of your submission.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
No Acknowledgement section appears on the Summary tab Confirm the "Acknowledge Reviews" setting is enabled in feature settings Ask your Account Admin to enable the setting. See .
The review cycle does not appear in your Reviews list Confirm your manager has shared results with you Ask your manager to share results. See Share review results with a review cycle participant.
The signature field does not accept your entry Confirm you are entering your name exactly as it appears in your 15Five profile Update your entry to match your profile name, then click Yes, I acknowledge again.
