Use this article to complete the acknowledgment step after your manager shares your performance review results. When complete, the acknowledgment section displays a confirmation timestamp and your submitted signature.
> Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see "Reviews" in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.
Before You Begin
- Your manager must have shared your review results with you. See Share review results with a review cycle participant.
- Acknowledging your results confirms that results were shared and a performance discussion took place. It does not indicate agreement.
Steps
- Go to Reviews > Best-Self Review®.
- Click the review cycle you want to acknowledge results in.
- Click the three-dot menu to the right of your name and select View.
> Note: If you hold a manager or admin role in this cycle, use the filter to locate your own name first.
- Click the Summary tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Acknowledgement section.
- Check the box next to the acknowledgement statement.
- Add an optional comment in the comment field.
- Enter your name in the digital signature field.
- Click Yes, I acknowledge.
The Acknowledgement section updates to show a confirmation with the timestamp of your submission.
