Complete a manager review in the legacy review experience

Complete these steps to fill in and submit a manager review in a cycle using the legacy review experience. When finished, your review is submitted and visible to review admins and cycle collaborators.

Applies To

Managers and additional managers assigned to complete a manager or additional-manager review in a manual review cycle using the legacy review experience.

Before You Begin

  • You must be assigned as the manager or additional manager for the participant in this review cycle.
  • The legacy review experience is a temporary transition option chosen for an individual cycle. Draft, upcoming, and active cycles created before September 17 use it by default. A cycle using Disable 15Five AI uses the new review experience without AI-Assisted Reviews functionality; it is not the legacy experience.

Steps

  1. Go to Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Select the review cycle you want to open.
  3. Select the Write reviews tab.
  4. Select the direct report whose review you want to complete.
  5. Fill in the required fields in the review form.
  6. Select View resources in a question section to open the resources panel.
  7. Use the dropdown in the resources panel to view available information, including High Fives, Wins & challenges, Objectives, Past Check-ins, Past reviews, Feedback, or Career path.
  8. Complete Private Manager Assessment, if it is included in the review.
  9. Select Submit.
