Connect ChatGPT to your 15Five data with your own 15Five login. When complete, ChatGPT answers questions about your 15Five data, limited to what you can already see in 15Five.
Note: 15Five MCP sends your 15Five data out to ChatGPT. AI tool connectors in Agents Hub work in the opposite direction: they bring AI usage data in to 15Five. For those, see Connected work tools: Feature Overview.
Before You Begin
- Your company has turned on 15Five MCP. See Turn on 15Five MCP for your company.
- You have access to ChatGPT.
- In ChatGPT, custom MCP connections are set up on the web, and a ChatGPT workspace admin may need to add 15Five first. Updates (write actions) need a ChatGPT Business, Enterprise, or Edu plan.
- You sign in to 15Five as yourself, not while acting as another user.
Steps
- In ChatGPT, open the settings where connectors are managed.
- Start adding a new custom connector.
- Enter the connection address:
https://my.15five.com/mcp - Sign in to 15Five with your own login when prompted.
- Return to ChatGPT when sign-in finishes.
- Choose which 15Five tool calls are always allowed, ask first, or never run.
ChatGPT sets the exact location of these settings and can change it at any time.

Confirmation: Ask ChatGPT a question about your 15Five data. The answer includes links to the 15Five records it used.
If Something Goes Wrong
