Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Why am I seeing a warning on my Action Plan?

This warning appears when a user assigned to an Action Plan no longer has access to the content needed to complete their assigned actions. This can happen if their Transform content access was removed after the plan was created.

  1. What do I do if I'm an administrator?
    • As an administrator, you'll see a warning next to any Action Plan affected by this issue. You'll also see an option to restore access for the user directly from the warning.
    • Additionally, if you're about to revoke a user's Transform access, a warning will appear to let you know if that user has any pending Transform Action Plan items that will be impacted.
  2. What do I do if I'm a user?
    • If you're a user assigned to an Action Plan and have lost access, you'll see a clear message indicating that you can't complete your assigned items. The message will explain why and guide you on how to resolve the issue, which usually requires an administrator to restore your access.
