You may already know that top-tier reviewers (CEOs, C Levels, VPs, HR Managers, etc.) can see the Check-ins of anyone below them in the reporting chain by default. To learn more about this default visibility, see this article. However, you might not know how to view them. This article will walk you through how to access the Check-ins of everyone you have permission to view.

View my team's Check-ins via drill-down
1. Click on Features from your left navigation.
2. Click 'Check-ins' to expand the drop-down menu.
3. Click on 'Team Check-ins'.
4. A list of your immediate direct reports will appear.
5. Direct reports who manage teams of their own, will have a "+" to the left of their name. Click the + to expand the view and see all direct reports under each person.
6. From the expanded view, click on the name of the individual whose Check-in you would like to see.

View everyone's Check-ins (that I have permission to view)
1. Click on Features from your left navigation.
2. Click 'Check-ins' to expand the drop-down menu.
3. Click on 'Everyone's Check-ins'.
3. A list of all individuals, whose Check-ins you are able to view, will appear. The individuals will be listed in chronological order based on the latest submission dates.
4. You can also search for an individual in the search bar.
5. Click on Groups to the right of your page for an expanded view of all groups by name. You can then click on a specific group to view all submitted Check-ins for members of the group.
6. Once you find the person whose Check-in you would like to view, click on their name.
