Add a static 1-on-1 link to a calendar invite

Copy a static link to a 1-on-1 agenda and paste it into a recurring calendar invite so both participants can open the current agenda directly from their calendar.

> Note: The static link is private to the two 1-on-1 participants. Anyone outside the 1-on-1 who clicks the link will receive an access error.

Available on: Perform, Legacy Focus, and Total Platform packages.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Clicking the calendar link shows an access error Confirm the person clicking the link is one of the two 1-on-1 participants Share the correct link with the intended participant only — the link cannot be made accessible to others
Copy link to 1-on-1 option does not appear Confirm a 1-on-1 exists with that person Create a new 1-on-1 agenda with that person first. See Create a new 1-on-1 agenda
Link pastes but does not navigate to the agenda Confirm the full URL was copied without truncation Repeat the copy step and paste again into a plain text field to verify the complete URL before adding it to the calendar invite
