Use this article to add a Slack message to your 1-on-1 agenda as a talking point. When complete, the talking point appears immediately on your 1-on-1 agenda in 15Five.
Note: This feature requires the Slack integration to be enabled by an Account Admin. Available on Perform, Total Platform, and Focus (legacy) plans.
Before You Begin
- The Slack integration must be active in your account. See 15Five + Slack integration setup for setup instructions.
- The person whose 1-on-1 you want to update must appear on your My 1-on-1s list in 15Five.
Steps
- In Slack, hover over the message you want to add as a talking point.
- Click More actions (the three-dot icon that appears on hover).
- Select Add to 1-on-1 from the dropdown menu.
- In the popup, select the person whose 1-on-1 agenda you want to update.
- Edit the talking point text in the Add this to your 1-on-1 agenda field if needed.
- Click Add to 1-on-1.
What Success Looks Like
The talking point appears immediately on your 1-on-1 agenda in 15Five. No page refresh is required.
If Something Goes Wrong
