Use this article to purchase additional Kona seats from the Kona Usage Report so more managers can access AI coaching.
Before You Begin
- You must have an HR Admin or Account Admin role.
- Your organization must have an active Kona license.
- All currently purchased seats must be assigned. You can verify seat usage in the Manager Stats section of the Kona Usage Report.
Steps
- Go to Coaching > AI Coach — Kona in the left navigation.
- Locate the Seats used metric in the Manager Stats section.
- Click Add seats.
- Enter the number of additional seats you want to purchase.
- Review the pricing summary.
- Click Confirm purchase.
What Success Looks Like
The Seats used metric in the Manager Stats section updates to reflect the newly purchased seats. You can now invite additional managers to Kona using the available seats.
If Something Goes Wrong
