Create a custom performance rating attribute

This article covers how to create a custom attribute for performance ratings in employee account settings. Once created, the attribute can be populated manually or via CSV import and exposed through 15Five's API.

Before You Begin

  • You must have Account Admin and Review Admin roles in 15Five.
  • A completed review cycle with Performance Ratings+ configured must exist before you can export rating data to populate this attribute. See Configure Performance Ratings+ for a review cycle.
  • This feature is available on the Perform and Total Platform pricing packages.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > People.
  2. Click the Attributes tab.
  3. Click Create a new attribute.
  4. Fill in the attribute name and other fields.

> Note: Attribute permissions control who can see this attribute on an employee's account settings page. Select permissions based on who should have visibility into a person's performance rating.

  1. Click Create attribute.

The new attribute appears on the Manage attributes page and on individual account settings pages under Additional information.
