If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Focus area field is not clickable | Confirm the manager has completed Kona onboarding | Check the Set up status column; if onboarding is incomplete, the manager must finish setup first |
| New focus area does not appear in the dropdown | The available focus areas are determined by your Kona configuration | Contact Kona support if an expected focus area is missing |
| Manager's coaching insights still reflect the old focus area | Changes may take up to one coaching cycle to take effect | Wait for the next scheduled 1-on-1 cycle and verify the updated insights |
