Enable or disable Career Hub

Admins can enable or disable Career Hub company-wide from the Features settings. When Career Hub is enabled, it becomes available to all users — it cannot be enabled for specific people or groups only.

Note: Career Hub can only be toggled on or off for the entire company. Granular access by group or individual is not supported.

Before You Begin

Steps

  1. Click the Settings gear icon in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
  2. Select Features from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Features overview.
  4. Scroll down to the Career Hub section.
  5. Toggle the switch to On.

> The Career Hub toggle turns blue and displays On when the feature is active.

Note: To disable Career Hub, return to this page and toggle the switch to Off.

If Something Goes Wrong

Career Hub toggle is not visible Confirm your pricing package includes Career Hub (Perform or Total Platform) Contact 15Five Support to verify package entitlements
Toggle appears but cannot be clicked Confirm you are logged in as an account admin, not an HR admin Log in with an account admin account and retry
Career Hub is enabled but employees report they cannot access it Confirm the toggle shows On in Settings > Features > Features overview If toggle shows On and access is still blocked, contact Contact the 15Five Support Team
