Use the Trends Dashboard to view response data for quantitative Check-in questions (yes/no, numerical, and rating scale) over time. When complete, you will see a trend chart, answer distribution, and individual answers for any selected question, with an option to download results as CSV or XLSX.
> Note: Text questions do not appear in Trends reporting. One-time metric questions (Polls) are reported on separately. See Access the Check-ins Questions Dashboard for Polls reporting.

If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| A question does not appear in the Trends Dashboard | Confirm the question is quantitative (yes/no, numerical, or rating scale) | Text questions are excluded from Trends reporting — use the Questions Dashboard instead |
| No data appears after applying a group filter | Confirm the selected group has had Check-in questions answered | Remove the group filter and check whether data appears at the organization level |
| Download Answers button is not visible | Confirm you have clicked into an individual question's detail view | Navigate back to the question list and click the specific question first |
| Manager cannot see data for a direct report | Confirm the direct report is within the manager's reporting hierarchy | Contact your Account Admin to verify hierarchy configuration |
