Download the Check-ins Priorities Metrics report

The Metrics report shows priority completion rates, carryover trends, and Check-in behavior for individuals and groups. Download it as a CSV or XLSX for offline analysis.

Before You Begin

  • You must have access to Check-ins reporting.
  • The Priorities Dashboard must be open. See for navigation steps.
  • Only submitted Check-ins appear in this report. Drafts and current-period priorities are excluded.

Steps

  1. On the Priorities Dashboard, scroll to the Individual metrics or Group metrics table at the bottom of the page.
  2. Click See metrics at the bottom of either table.
  3. Apply the People, Check-in frequency, Time frame, or Priority status filters to narrow results.
  4. Open the View by filter in the top-right corner of the report.
  5. Select Individual or Group type.
  6. Click Download.
  7. Select CSV or XLSX.

Exported Fields

When viewing by Individual

Field Description
Name Employee's full name
Reviewer Name of the assigned reviewer
Priority completion rate Percentage of priorities marked complete
Carry over rate Percentage of priorities carried into the next period
Avg priorities per Check-in Mean number of priorities per submitted Check-in
Check-ins submitted Total Check-ins submitted in the selected period
Check-ins reviewed Total Check-ins reviewed in the selected period
Due day Scheduled submission day
Check-in frequency Weekly, every other week, or monthly
Avg Pulse Average Pulse score across submitted Check-ins
Last seen Date the employee was last active
Employee email Employee's email address

When viewing by Group

Field Description
Group Group name
# of people Number of members in the group
Priority completion rate Percentage of priorities marked complete
Carry over rate Percentage of priorities carried into the next period
Avg priorities per Check-in Mean number of priorities per submitted Check-in
Check-ins submitted Total Check-ins submitted in the selected period
Check-ins reviewed Total Check-ins reviewed in the selected period
Avg team pulse Average Pulse score across the group

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
See metrics link is not visible Confirm the Priorities tab is active, not the main Check-ins dashboard Navigate to Insights Dashboard → Reports → Check-ins → Explore → Priorities
Report downloads with no rows Check whether any filters are too restrictive Remove or widen the Time frame or People filters and download again
Current-period data is missing Confirm the Check-in has been submitted, not saved as a draft Ask the employee to submit the Check-in; draft data never appears in reports
Group data is missing from the export Verify the View by filter is set to a group type, not Individual Switch View by to the relevant group type before downloading
