Use the Priorities Dashboard filters and views

The Priorities dashboard displays completed vs. carried over priorities across your organization. Applying filters and reading the table, graph, and metrics tables gives you a scoped view of priority trends.

Before You Begin

  • You must have access to Check-in reporting.
  • Open the Priorities dashboard before following these steps. See for navigation instructions.
  • Priority data only appears from submitted Check-ins. Drafts and current-period priorities do not appear until a Check-in is submitted.

Steps

  1. At the top of the dashboard, click the People filter.
  2. Select one of the five scoping options: By your org, By individuals, By direct reports, By hierarchy, or By group.
  3. Click the Check-in frequency filter.
  4. Select Weekly, Every other week, or Monthly to match the cadence you want to analyze.
  5. Click the Time frame filter.
  6. Select a preset — Last month, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, or Last 12 months — or enter a custom date range.
  7. Review the priorities graph, which defaults to the Priorities completed view.
  8. To switch views, click Priorities carried over in the graph header.
  9. Read the graph trend line and total percentage for the selected period.
  10. Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard to locate the Individual metrics table.
  11. Identify individuals with the highest and lowest priority completion rates.
  12. Locate the Group metrics table directly below Individual metrics.
  13. Identify groups with the highest and lowest priority completion rates.

Issue Check Fix
No data appears after applying filters Check-ins may not have been submitted in the selected time frame Widen the Time frame filter or verify that Check-ins were submitted (not saved as drafts) during that period
A person is missing from the People filter results The person may not have a submitted Check-in on the selected frequency Switch the Check-in frequency filter to match their actual cadence
Individual metrics table shows no completion rates The filtered group may have zero submitted Check-ins Confirm the group has active Check-in schedules and submitted at least one Check-in
Graph shows data but Individual/Group tables are empty Filters on the tables may differ from top-level filters Re-apply the People and Time frame filters and reload the page
