Account Admins can enable or disable 15Five AI tools organization-wide and control individual sub-settings for specific AI capabilities. When complete, each toggle reflects its saved state immediately — no additional save action is required.

Note: Your organization may have renamed the Best-Self Review® feature. If you don't see "Best-Self Review®" in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.
Before You Begin
- You must have Account Admin access. See Account Admin capabilities in 15Five — Feature Overview for role requirements.
- Your account must be on the Perform or Total Platform pricing package. Sub-settings are not visible on lower tiers.
Steps
- Go to Settings (gear icon, bottom-left corner) > Features.
- Click 15Five AI to expand the settings section.
- Toggle Enable 15Five AI on or off.
- When off, all AI tools are disabled for all users. The sub-settings below are inactive.
- When on, sub-settings become configurable.
- Toggle Ask Amaya on or off.
- Allow HR Admins to ask questions from the people data within 15Five to discover performance, engagement, turnover, and manager effectiveness insights.
- Toggle Insights Dashboard on or off.
- Allow HR Admins to explore curated insights from data related to performance, engagement, turnover, and manager effectiveness.
- Toggle 15Five AI for Managers on or off.
- Allow managers to use 15Five AI real-time assistance within the flow of work so leaders can support their team with more effective 1-on-1s, deliver more empowering performance reviews, and more.
- Toggle AI in Performance Reviews on or off.
- Assist review writers with drafting, summarizing data, and improving clarity and tone.
- Generate AI summaries of review data for calibration session participants, including key strengths and opportunities.
- Toggle AI in Engagement Surveys on or off.
- Allow people to generate summaries of the open text feedback while reviewing survey results.
