Download the Check-ins Priorities Answers report

The Answers report shows each employee's priorities, completion percentage, and completion status. Use this article to open the report from the Priorities Dashboard and download your data as a CSV or XLSX file.

Before You Begin

  • You must have access to Check-ins reporting.
  • This report is available on Perform, Legacy Focus, and Total Platform pricing packages.
  • Priority data only appears for submitted Check-ins. Drafts and current-period priorities are excluded until the Check-in is submitted.

Steps

  1. Click Insights Dashboard in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Open the Reports tab using the top navigation.
  3. Click 🔍 Explore in the Check-ins box.
  4. Click Priorities in the top navigation.
  5. Locate the priorities table and graph section.
  6. Click See all priorities to open the Answers report.
  7. Apply the People filter to scope results by individual, direct reports, hierarchy, or group.
  8. Apply the Check-in frequency filter to narrow by weekly, every other week, or monthly.
  9. Apply the Time frame filter to select a preset or custom date range.
  10. Apply the Priority status filter to narrow by completion status.
  11. Use the Sort by filter (top right) to sort by reporter name, highest completion rate, or lowest completion rate.
  12. Click Download and select CSV or XLSX.

Exported Field Definitions

The downloaded file contains the following fields:

Field Description
Name Employee name
Reviewer Assigned reviewer
Date submitted Date the Check-in was submitted
Priority status Completion status of the priority
Carried over from last week True or false
Carried over to next week True or false
Linked Objective Objective linked to the priority, if any
Priority status comments Any comments on the priority status
Employee email Employee's email address

If Something Goes Wrong

"See all priorities" link is not visible Confirm you are on the Priorities tab, not Overview Click Priorities in the top navigation to switch tabs
Download button is unavailable Confirm filters return at least one result Broaden the Time frame or People filter and retry
Data is missing for a specific period Check whether Check-ins for that period were submitted Remind employees to submit — drafts do not appear in reports
Qualitative fields are blank for some employees Confirm you have permission to view those employees' Check-ins Contact your account admin to adjust Check-in viewing permissions
