Edit a submitted manager review

Reopen and edit a manager review you already submitted. When editing is available, your changes take effect immediately upon resubmission.

Before You Begin

You must have the Manager or Additional manager role in an active Best-Self Review® cycle. This feature requires the Perform or Total Platform pricing package.

Steps

  1. Open the review and confirm you are on the Manager tab.
  2. Click Edit review at the top of the page.
  3. Make your changes.
  4. Click Resubmit at the bottom of the page.

If Something Goes Wrong

Edit review button is missing or disabled — calibration in progress Confirm a review admin has started a calibration session on a yes/no or opinion-scale section Contact a review admin with your desired changes; they can apply edits inside the calibration session
Edit review button is missing or disabled — results already shared Check whether results have been shared with your direct report Ask a review admin or cycle collaborator to unshare results, then make edits, then re-share
Edit review button is missing or disabled — cycle is locked Check whether the review cycle status shows as locked Ask a review admin or cycle collaborator to unlock the cycle; the Edit review option appears once unlocked
